 Q: Where is Roselani Place located?

A: Our 98 unit apartment community is conveniently located on 88 South Papa Avenue, in the heart of Kahului. Maui Memorial Medical Center, the local malls and places of worship are located within minutes of the community. See Map.

Q: What sort of apartments and amenities will be available?

A: Our four-story community includes a variety of spacious and private studios, one-bedroom and one-bedroom with den apartments. Each has a kitchen area, private bath, individual air conditioning units and a 24-hour emergency call system.

All residents will have access to the planned activities, transportation and amenities such as dining, beauty and barber salon, library, computer center, activity and recreation rooms, and TV room.

Q: What if my health changes and I need personal assistance?

A: Roselani Place can accommodate residents requiring personal care assistance which may include medication monitoring, grooming and bathing assistance, ‘round-the-clock well-being monitoring, personal laundry, and stand-by or hands-on assistance with one or more of the activities of daily living. Basic services in assisted living include a 24-hour staffing and emergency response system, three meals per day, weekly housekeeping and laundry service, planned activities and scheduled transportation.

Q: What are Roselani Place rates, lease terms and financial arrangements ?

A: Roselani Place offers easy month to month rental agreements and you can terminate the agreement at anytime with a 15 day or 30 day notice depending on your circumstances. We do not require any large up front investment, endowment, buy-in, or entrance fees. Q: Sounds great! How do I sign up?

A. Simply stop by our community located at 88 South Papa Avenue for a presentation of the community and available units, select your apartment and make a fully refundable reservation deposit of $1,000. If for any reason you do not move into Roselani Place, your deposit will be promptly refunded.
